When will my order ship?

Most orders process and ship within 3 days of your order being placed. During holidays, preorders or other high-volume times, processing can take up to 5 days. We are a small shop, so we appreciate your patience!

How will my order ship?

Most orders ship USPS first class. You will receive tracking information with your shipping notification email. USPS first class typically takes 3-8 business days to arrive

OOPS - I put the wrong address. Can I fix it?

If you have not received a shipment notification already, we can fix your address. Please email us at hello@hazyholler.com with your name, order number and corrected address. We are not responsible for shipped orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is offered on all orders over $100! No code needed.

Can I make a return?

Because of the custom nature of our goods, embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged. For all other products, please reach out via email at hello@hazyholler.com within seven (7) days of your order arriving. Please note that we don't refund shipping costs and do not provide return shipping labels. Once we receive your return, we will refund the cost of the returned items to your original payment method within five (5) business days.
